1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

3/4 cup heavy cream

1 large egg

3/4 tsp flaked sea salt

Brown Butter Pecan Filling

1/2 stick unsalted butter

1/2 cup light corn syrup

1/3 cup packed brown sugar

2 tbsp bourbon

2 large eggs

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

8 oz pecans, chopped

pinch of salt
