Brown Butter Oatmeal Praline Cookies
The dough MUST rest for at least two hours or overnight. The dough is quite moist so the extra step of chilling helps to ensure the cookies don’t become flat pancakes during baking
Recipe Ingredients
1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature

½ cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups oats
1 ½ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 ½ cup chocolate chips
¾ cup crushed praline
PRALINE:
⅔ cup sugar
3 tablespoons water
