3 butter
20 fresh sage leaves
1 1/2 cups aborio rice
1 large shallot, minced
2 large garlic cloves, minced
1 cup white wine
32 oz + 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 parmesan cheese rind
1 cup parmesan
2 tbsp honey
