Recipe Ingredients
1 pound salmon, skin removed and cut into smaller pieces
1 garlic clove, grated
2 green onions, finely sliced
Juice of one lemon
Heaping ¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons bread crumbs
¼ cup light mayo
¼ creamy blue cheese
4 slices bacon, cooked
1 avocado, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
1 small red onion, sliced
2 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
4 hamburger buns
