Creamy Goat Cheese & Poblano Dip

Sometimes it’s necessary to eat ugly foods. Not everything can be pretty and colorful and just because it isn’t, it doesn’t mean that it’s not out of this world delicious. Because I love food so much and because I don’t discriminate, I eat anything and everything no matter what it looks like. If it tastes good, that’s all that matters to me.

Recipe Ingredients

  ¼ cup onion diced
  2 poblano peppers
  7 ounces softened goat cheese
  8 ounces softened cream cheese
  ¾ cup shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese
  ¼ cup sour cream
  1 small garlic clove grated
  ¼ teaspoon salt
  1/8 tsp cayenne peppers (give or take depending on your spice tolerance)
