  ⅛ tsp. ground cardamom
  ¼ cup tomato paste
  ¼ cup water
  3 tsp. harissa
  2 Tlbs. + ½ tsp. honey, divided
  ¼ medium onion, thinly sliced
  ½ cup golden raisins
  4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
  2 whole-wheat flatbreads
  parsley for garnish
