2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp tahini
1 small garlic clove, grated
1 1/2 tsp sumac
3/4 tsp salt, divided

2- 15 oz cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained
3/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers
1/2 cup diced red onion
1 1/2 cups diced cucumber
