These Easy Asian Dumplings with Hoisin Dipping Sauce are one of our favorite appetizers to serve a crowd. The filling is packed with salty cabbage, crisp carrots and shiitake mushrooms, then stuffed into wonton wrappers and pan-fried. They’re delicious and completely addictive!
Recipe Ingredients
35 wonton wrappers
2 cups chopped shittake mushrooms
2 cups shredded carrots, roughly chopped
4 cups shredded Napa cabbage
1 large garlic clove, grated
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sirracha (or more, depending on your spice tolerance)
1 tsp hoisin sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp sirracha
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
1 green onion, sliced
