Easy One Pan Greek Salmon
This easy one-pan dinner comes together in under 30 minutes, is super healthy, and SO good!
Recipe Ingredients
1 cup sliced red onion
2 small tomatoes, quartered
¾ cup roughly chopped red onion
1 lemon, half sliced and half quartered
1 Tlbs. olive oil
¼ tsp. salt + more for seasoning
½ tsp. dried oregano + plus more for seasoning
2 sprigs fresh rosemary (or ½ tsp dried)
2 - 6 ounce salmon filets
¼ cup pitted kalamata olives, halved
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
