3 large eggs

1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp orange zest

2-3 tbsp melted butter

9-10 slices day or two old, thick sliced brioche If you can't find sliced brioche, simply get a loaf of brioche and slice into 1/2-inch pieces.
