Fish Reuben Sandwich with Homemade Russian Dressing

8 ounces shredded gruyere or swiss cheese

½ cup reduced-fat mayo

2 Tlbs. Sour cream
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
