Herb Crusted Salmon
Here’s my version of Panko Crusted Salmon.
Recipe Ingredients
1 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup chopped parlsey
1/4 cup finely chopped chives
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
4 8 oz filets of salmon
