32 butter cookies or 10 oz cookie, about 2 cups crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
5 tbsp salted butter (unsalted is fine as well)
2 cups strawberry ice cream
3/4 cup strawberry lemonade
6 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 large lemon, zested, about 1 tsp and juice
2 cups cool whip
