  1 cup white wine
  2 lemons
  ¼ cup light mayonnaise
  1 tablespoon chopped dill
  ¼ cup finely diced celery
  1 teaspoon white vinegar
  ¼ teaspoon salt
  Pepper to taste
  2 tablespoon butter, melted
  12 mini challah or brioche rolls
