4 oz sliced cremini mushrooms
1 cup chopped carrot
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup diced onion

1/2 cup dry white wine
2 cups low-sodium chicken stock
1 lb packaged gnocchi
1 1/2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1/2 cup whole or 2% milk (you can also use 1/2 and 1/2 or cream)
