  2 tsp olive oil
  1 lb lean ground turkey
  1/2 cup diced onion
  3 large garlic cloves, minced
  3/4 tsp kosher salt, divided
  1 Tbsp. chili powder
  2 tsp garlic powder
  2 tsp onion powder
  1 tsp dried oregano
  2 tsp ground cumin
  1 1/2 cups your favorite salsa (I use a medium, non-chunky salsa)
  3 cups water or chicken broth
  3 cups medium UNCOOKED shells
  1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  sour cream (or Greek yogurt) and cilantro for serving
