Peach, Blackberry and Blueberry Graham Cracker Crumble

Now that I’ve been knuckle deep in peaches, blueberries, blackberries and copious amounts of crumble topping, summer has officially begun.

Recipe Ingredients

  7 cups sliced peaches
  12 ounces blueberries
  6 ounces blackberries
  ⅓ cup cornstarch
  ⅔ cup white sugar
  ⅓ cup brown sugar
  ½ teaspoon salt
  2 tablespoons lemon juice
  Crumble:
  1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  1 cup quick cooking oats
  ⅓ cup brown sugar
  ⅓ cup white sugar
  ½ teaspoon salt
