6 slider buns
1 tbsp canola oil, divided
1 large green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup beef broth
1 tbsp butter
1 tbso all purpose flour
1 cup warm whole milk
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 lb provolone cheese, shredded
