These Pizza Margherita Pretzel Bombs have all the classic flavors of a pizza margherita stuffed in to a soft pretzel shell. Super cheesy and ridiculously delicious!

1 package instant yeast
1 ½ cups warm water
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons kosher salt
4 ½ cups all-purpose flour
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
12 cups water
⅔ cup baking soda
1 egg + 1 tablespoons water whisked together
14 ounces whole peeled tomatoes (I used half of this 28 oz can tomatoes)
1 large garlic clove, grated
¼ cup torn basil
½ teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon kosher salt
18 bocconcini mozzarella balls
Flaked salt
