Recipe Ingredients
Pate a Choux:
¾ Stick butter
¾ cup whole milk
¾ cup flour
2 teaspoons sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
3 eggs
Pumpkin Filling:
1 cup canned pumpkin
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
¼ cup powdered sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
1⅓ cups cool whip
Caramel Sauce:
½ stick butter
¾ cup brown sugar
¼ cup cream
¼ teaspoon salt
Pinch of salt to taste
