Salmon Sliders with (Epic!) Peanut Sauce and Asian Sesame Slaw
These easy salmon sliders will wow a crowd, but only take you minutes to make!
Recipe Ingredients
1 pound center-cut salmon cut into 2 ounce portions
For the peanut sauce:
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon fish sauce
2½ teaspoons sesame oil
5 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon sweet chili sauce
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
½ teaspoon tamarind sauce
2 tablespoons peanut butter
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (or less depending on your spice tolerance)
2 tsp water
For the slaw:
½ cup chopped red pepper
½ cup chopped carrot
½ cup chopped red cabbage
2 green onions sliced thin
3 teaspoons sesame oil
3 teaspoons rice vinegar
