Thai Veggie Flatbreads
These Thai Veggie Flatbreads are made with thin whole-wheat flatbreads smothered with an easy peanut sauce, low-fat mozzarella, and tons of veggies. They’re the perfect light, healthy and DELICIOUS meal.
Recipe Ingredients
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp + 2 tsp honey
1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tsp rice vinegar
2 tsp sesame oil
3 tbsp water
1 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chopped brococli
1/2 cup shredded carrots, roughly chopped
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup cilantro
1/8 cup chopped peanuts
