Recipe Ingredients
2 poblano peppers (1 for less spice)
1 Tlbs. unsalted butter
1 medium onion, diced
3 large garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp. salt
2 cups diced butternut squash
1 Tlbs. cumin
28 oz. low-sodium chicken stock
2 (14 oz.) cans cannelini beans
1 lb chicken breast
