Recipe Ingredients
3/4 cup wild rice, rinsed well
2 1/4 cup water
1 tsp salt, divided
1 delicata squash, halved down the middle and cut into 1/4 inch slices
2 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup pine nuts
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp honey
1/2 cup dried cranberries
