Zucchini Flower Pizza with Brown Butter Ricotta
I have a new infatuation. It’s called brown butter ricotta, and I want to slather it on everything. Except yesterday, I skipped the slathering and just went straight to eating it out of a bowl with a spoon.
Recipe Ingredients
1 quart whole milk
1 pint half and half
2 Tlbs. apple cider vinegar
2 Tlbs. unsalted butter
½ tsp. salt
1 ball of dough (I used one for a 12-inch pizza, but you could also use one for a 14-inch pizza)
12-15 zucchini blossoms
½ cup parmesan cheese (plus more for garnish)
2 tsp. olive oil
¼ cup kale and broccoli micro greens (optional)
